ALL SERVICES PERFORMED IN-HOUSE

We work with every type of timepiece, from vintage and mechanical, to modern and digital. Our watchmakers are trained to repair, restore, and maintain manual, quartz, chronograph, automatic, and complicated movements right here in our Los Angeles service center.

RECEIPT & INTAKE

Complete the service request form and mail or hand-deliver it, along with the watch, according to our shipping instructions. Upon receipt, the watch is placed in a scratch-resistant shop pack. We record customer information and watch model and condition.

IDENTIFICATION & DIAGNOSIS

Upon delivery, images of the watch are taken, and client information is verified and recorded (link to free estimate?). The watch is placed in a scratch-resistant shop pack and given to a certified watchmaker who then thoroughly inspects and tests the timepiece for accuracy, damaged components, and other issues.
