Replacement parts are original from the manufacturer, all movement work comes with a one-year warranty, and we carry full jeweler’s insurance.

Original Warranty

If your watch is still under its original warranty, please let us know when you contact us, along with your name, address, telephone number, and proof of purchase, which includes a sales receipt and dated warranty card containing a description of the warranty, and the serial number.

Coverage

West Coast Watch Service Center provides a 1 year warranty for battery and movement service.
