Transparency
The cornerstone of our company, transparency is imbued into every facet of our business — from repair and restoration, to maintenance and polishing. Once we receive a watch, our technicians will perform a complete diagnostic review of the watch before recommending service. Every component and every service is meticulously recorded and communicated to the client. We won’t begin or charge for service until the customer has seen and approved the estimate. For watches that don’t require full service, customers can expect to only receive what they need — no unnecessary services will be pushed onto watch owners.
Authenticity
We promise to go above and beyond to keep the integrity of each timepiece by sourcing 100% authentic parts, following factory specifications for repairs, and using craftsman-approved techniques. Rather than cutting corners to speed up service and please customers, we will see the repair, restoration, or maintenance of each watch to the end — no matter how complex or lengthy the process may be. The final timepiece will be as close to the original as possible.

I found this company to be very competitive and very competent. I recommend filling out the e form and shipping your watch, they will call you with a price before working on it. I have several nice watches and this is the best place in Los Angeles to get them repaired. My father broke his Rolex President and West Coach Watch fixed it in just a few days and for less $$ than I thought it would cost. Ive been to many other Watch repairs around LA over the years and no one compares. Even when Rolex had their own service center in Beverly Hills, West Coast was far faster turn around on repairs. Watches are returned cleaned and beautiful as new!
Eric and Kitty are the greatest people to deal with there, and are happy to handle any and all requests. When you pick up your watch after its being serviced and refinished I challenge anyone to tell the difference from a new watch. I am in no way associated with West Coast Watch Company, other than being an extremely happy and satisfied client, and feel it important to provide this feedback.
I sent my Gucci watch to West Coast after a screw came out of the band. They shined it up, replaced that tiny screw, replaced the battery and it came back to me as good as new. I am so pleased with the service I got and the work they did. Thank you West Coast Watch for doing such a Great Job!!
I LOVE this place! They were friendly on the phone and very courteous when I brought the watch in. They checked it out and called me the next day with a cost estimate. I found everybody I interacted with incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Droped my Rolex on the bathroom floor cracked my crystal went to west coast watch service center to see if they could replace it for me. I was crazed because I was going to be traveling and needed to have my watch. They wasted no time took in my watch gave me a loaner watch to wear so I had something until the repair was complete. I was surprised to find a voice mail on my phone a day later that the watch was in quality control and I can pick it up the next day. I love this place and the care they take making a client happy Thanks again you guys keep me on time.
We had expected a long delay and substantial charge to repair the band. For our purposes, their service could not have been more polite, professional or honest. The gentleman at the service window and the watch repair technician were excellent. Hopefully, we won't have a need to use their services in the future but we will do so without question.

We have been patronizing West Coast Watch Service Center for many years and are extremely satisfied customers. Our last service was in their office last week. We highly recommend West Coast for your high-end watch repairs. West Coast Watch Service personnel (Eric, Kitty, and others) are necessarily meticulous, guarantee their work, and take great pride in the services they provide. That said, it sometimes takes longer than one would anticipate to complete the repair, but we are not master craftsmen like they are. Their work is worth the wait.
Took my watch in to have it re-sized. Received great service - done within 15 min. I didn't have my receipt (for watch purchase which was bought elsewhere which included the re-size free of charge) with me but they did the re-size without it and I was able to fax in my receipt on Monday. For more than 60 years, the members of the American Watchmakers-Clockmakers Institute (AWCI) have been providing the highest quality of care and service for watches and clocks. We are proud members of the AWCI and our watchmakers receive a wide range of training, certification, technical assistance, and business services from the institute. In addition, we’re approved by Underwriter’s Laboratories, Inc., an independent product safety certification organization.
