Maintenance
Watch maintenance can include a range of services, depending on the brand, age of the timepiece, and its overall condition. Bring your watch to our location or use our online Free Estimate mail-in process. Once we receive your watch, we can turn around an estimate in approximately two to four business days. All our repairs involve elaborate processes and testing by in-house certified watchmakers.
REPAIR
Quartz and mechanical timepieces are made to last for many years before requiring any maintenance or repair. However, regular use may increase the risk of damage and add significant wear and tear, necessitating expert repair. For every watch delivered to the West Coast Watch Service Center, our watchmakers will thoroughly examine the timepiece before suggesting repairs.
RESTORATION
Antique or vintage watches are a treasured possession worthy of delicate care and preservation. Watches that have become scratched, dented, or broken require the touch of a master watchmaker to return the timepiece to its original glory. Swiss watch restoration may involve correcting movements, repairing or replacing worn or defective parts, case and bracelet refinishing and polishing, and refinishing the dial and hands.
