Shipping Instructions

Whether your timepiece needs repair, restoration, or a free estimate, please follow these instructions for safe, secure, and timely shipment to our service center. If you have any questions or need assistance, please call us at 310-202-1111.

AVOID TAMPERING OR THEFT WHILE IN TRANSIT

Use the abbreviated WCWSC on the exterior of the package and shipping label.

DO NOT

Put the word ``WATCH`` anywhere on the exterior of the box.

PACKAGING your watch

AVOID DAMAGING YOUR WATCH

Use tape or any other adhesive material directly on your watch.

DO NOT

Ship your watch in a padded envelope by itself. It must be placed inside a secure packing box per the instructions below.

DO NOT

Ship your watch in its original manufacturer or presentation case.

STEP 1:

Wrap the watch in bubble wrap or something equally protective.

Place the wrapped watch in a clean, clear plastic bag (such as zip-lock) or padded envelope.

STEP 2:

Fill out and print the SERVICE FORM and be sure to include it in the box with the watch.

For warranty repairs, please include copies of the watch warranty and proof of purchase, if available.

STEP 3:

Pack your watch and any documents securely using padded packing materials (foam, packing peanuts, or more bubble wrap) in a sturdy box sealed with tape. For security, please do not use the gift box your watch came in.

We recommend double boxing your package for increased security.

Make sure your watch is fully insured for the REPLACEMENT VALUE.

Use a ``SIGNATURE REQUIRED`` shipping method.

Ship the package via UPS, FedEx, USPS or registered mail. Remember to insure the watch for its full replacement value and note your tracking number. For the safety of your watch, please use the initials WCWSC on the package. DO NOT put the word “Watch” on the outside of the package.
